Scot Dolby,
born in Washington, DC, has been immersed in the arts for his entire life. For almost 30 years, Scot chose the profession of elementary school teacher, but painted in whatever "spare time" he had. After recently retiring, he has dedicated all of his time to his artwork -- working with new galleries, creating this website to nationalize his artwork, and painting, literally, everyday! He currently resides on the Eastern Shore of Maryland with his family... Jean, his wife, his three daughters, Elyza, Hannah, and Cassidy, and his favorite grandpuppy Beamer. When he leaves his studio for inspiration in the “outside world”, he can usually be found going on fishing expeditions, traveling, and watching David Letterman reruns.
